It sound like you might have come across as a jerk if you were implying that us intelligent Americans needed to
test out there Aussie junk before we would approve. Sometimes emails don't come across the way the are meant to? Genuine interest comes across as condescension. This also happens on online forums. You know, like when you forget to put a smiley face after a taking a jab at somebody on the forum. Just something to think about.
